Standard and Express delivery:

Rabanne offers two rapid and secure delivery options:

• Standard Delivery (UPS 3 to 6 business days): Complimentary Standard Delivery for all fashion order over €100/£100/$100. If the order is not meeting the threshold Standard Delivery will be charged €10/£10/$10 per transaction.
• Express Delivery (UPS 1 to 2 business days): €20/£20/$20 per order.

Please note that due to high volumes during our Archive Sale, deliveries may take up to 7-10 working days.

Dispatch within 24 hours 

Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day when placed before 11 a.m. and within 24 hours when placed after 11 p.m. Orders placed at weekends and on bank holidays are dispatched within 48 hours.

Free returns within 14 days

You can return or exchange any order within 14 business days of receiving it.
